adequate but disappointing experience
missing assistance extra fees
the rooms met expectations with their cleanliness.
Upon arrival, there was no assistance offered with our luggage, i find it unacceptable for a hotel in this category. the gym classes required an extra fee, as did the pool table. I was shocked, considering similar hotels offer these amenities without additional charges. the room i received faced a busy road despite my request for a quiet location and the hotel's low occupancy.

amazing stay, i'm already planning my return!
cute vibe amazing meals great location
The hotel lobby has a cute vibe with tons of seating, super handy! i loved that our half board plan let us enjoy amazing meals at cilantro most nights. we didn't have to stress about cooking in our two bedroom apartment. plus, the location is fab for exploring algarve! we visited different beaches every day. Some were a quick 10-minute drive, others a bit longer at 30 minutes.
the air conditioning on the transfer bus wasn't working too well. it blew hot air, so everyone was pretty uncomfortable! the driver mentioned they were waiting on parts for a repair but repairs would happen at the end of the season.

Really good Stay
relaxing stay helpful staff heated pool
We enjoyed a two-bedroom apartment. It was fully outfitted with what we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were cute, from the shuttle driver to the valet. The restaurant food was delicious, especially on my birthday. The six pools, including a heated indoor one, offered plenty of options.
I found that there was no air conditioning in the main bedroom . I reported it every night, but they insisted there was nothing wrong. On the last night, they said there was no issue, not true.

Really good Service and Comfortable Stay
friendly staff warm welcome free upgrade easy transfer
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception team assisted with luggage and provided a warm welcome daily. A free room upgrade was a good surprise. The shuttle bus driver ensured easy transfers to the marina. I appreciate the chef preparing vegan pancakes for my child due to her allergy.
The hotel is showing signs of needing a refurbishment. I observed the water cascades without water and they looked run down.
